Meet The Team

Our mission is to Advance the Craft of Founder Leadership™.

We believe that when a founder steps into their full power, something changes. The company grows faster. The energy shifts. The vision sharpens. And people stop settling for ‘good enough.’

We’re here to build something iconic—something that redefines what coaching can be.

And we want to do it with people who bring energy, care about craft, and take full ownership of what they build.

Dave Bailey

Founder & CEO

3X VC-backed Founder. The creator of the system.

Dave spends his time building tools and mental frameworks that make founders better—and asking hard questions that change how they think.

He’s serious about standards, allergic to fluff, and deeply invested in the craft of leadership.

Lisa Huber

Head of Founder-Success

The engine of founder momentum.

Lisa brings a sharp eye for transformation and a warmth that pulls people in.

She’s the kind of person who remembers what matters, speaks straight, and makes every founder feel like they’re in exactly the right place.

Sophie Napier

Head of Operations

The positive spirit driving us forward.

Sophie keeps everything moving behind the scenes—quietly solving problems before they become problems.

Diligent, structured, and deeply dependable, she makes the business feel safe, so the rest of us can move fast.

This might surprise you...

The first thing that surprises people—clients and new team members alike—is just how comprehensive our product is.

From the outside, it might look like a coaching company built around 1:1 sessions. But once you’re in, you realise: this is something else entirely.

We’re building something category-defining—a complete system that founders can rely on to scale themselves and their companies. It includes frameworks, workshops, diagnostics, AI tools, and a methodology that actually moves the needle.

And we’re results-driven. Clients don’t just feel better—they win more.

They share real outcomes: better hires, stronger strategies, faster execution, bigger raises.

And when those messages come in, it’s motivating. Because we know the system works. And we’re only getting started.

Not for the faint-hearted.

Let’s be honest: your first month will probably feel uncomfortable.

We set high standards. We care about the details. And we invest deeply up front—because that’s what lets us move fast later.

We don’t do coasting. Or vague. Or “just fine.”

But if you love learning, if you’re the kind of person who can’t not improve things—you’ll thrive here.

By the end of your first year, we want you to say:

“I’ve learned more than I ever thought possible. And my expectations of work are permanently changed.”

A bit about our rituals.

We’re a remote team with high energy, deep alignment, and a strong sense of urgency.

We celebrate together every Friday.

We challenge each other to 10X our thinking.

We give feedback fast—through Loom, async updates, and direct messages.

We move quickly, but we care about getting things right.

The energy is friendly, thoughtful, and focused. When we’re in flow, it feels like momentum.

Who thrives here (and who doesn’t)

The people who thrive at Founder Coach have a few things in common:

  • They're relentlessly positive.
  • They take full ownership.
  • They work hard and smart.
  • They’re craftspeople.
  • They leave things better than they found them.

This isn’t a place where you get handed a playbook and a pat on the back.

It’s a place where you help write the playbook—and then rewrite it again.

Smart, talented people can still struggle here. Usually, it’s for one of these reasons:

  • They don’t sweat the details—and need others to clean up after them.
  • They don’t communicate proactively, so their work becomes invisible.
  • They overcomplicate things instead of simplifying.
  • They bring a cautious energy—when what’s needed is possibility and momentum.
  • They avoid responsibility instead of taking it.
  • They can’t see their own mistakes—or don’t act to fix them.

We don’t expect perfection. But we do expect ownership, self-awareness, and care.

Open Roles

We don’t hire often.

But when we do, it’s because we’re building something iconic—and we need someone exceptional to help shape it.

Sadly, we have no open roles at this time.
